It has very low miles and is in near perfect condition with no mechanical issues, all stock, has a few scuffs on the left hand guard from previous owner but has never been dropped. I have owned this bike for about 1 year and have put about 1000 miles on it

1,500 2008 Buell BLAST
This was my wife's first bike - we bought it about 2 years ago, with 2200 miles - and now we're selling it because we bought another one. This is a great bike for a beginner, a fun around town bike, or a fantastic cafe project. I've attached 3 pictures at the end of Blast Cafe bikes. My wife is 5'4" and can easily flat foot the bike (with the upright seating position, it's very comfortable). At 5'9", I occasionally took this to and from work because of how fun it is, and I never felt cramped. Makes an economical commuter bike and gets about 55-60mpg. I've uploaded a pic of the last thousand miles or so, tracked using the Fuelly app. Tires have plenty of life left. There's a rip on the back left of the seat, but the bike comes with an additional "low-profile" seat, which is in great shape. The second seat lowers the ride height to 25.5 inches, the standard seat (pictured) has a ride height of 27.5 inches. (very low) Oil change completed regularly, last change at 3488 miles. Has a new spark plug and exhaust header studs, installed in February. The engine is 500cc, and the bike handles like a dirt bike, very user friendly. It's belt driven, which is pretty low maintenance. Please note, the bike will not shift into 5th gear. I knew this buying it, and didn't care. It still gets up to about 83mph and cruises at highway speeds comfortably. When we bought the bike, I replaced the following parts on the clutch side of the transmission: trans chain, clutch, snubber, trans gaskets. Also, the right fork seal leaks a little, but does not affect ride comfort. New seals are cheap, about 20-30 bucks, I just have not had the time to replace. Serious inquiries only.
