The guest house is to accommodate guests for a short period of time; it could be a few days to a few weeks depending on their needs. The rate is $20-23 for a private room or $15 per day for a living room. There are real mattress in the living room. The rental house is for semi-long term from 4-6 months. Priority is given to seniors and job-seekers. Monthly rent is from $400 - $550, depending on the size of the room. All rooms are furnished; all utilities and wifi are included. There is a deposit of $100 plus one month rent in advance when moving in. The deposit is returned when one month of moving-out notice is given and the room is clean and has no damage in the furniture. Dominick, target, mcdonald, cermak fresh market, radio shack, subway, unique and cvs are all within walking distance. There is a trolley in the morning to take people around downtown. By foot, 30-45 minutes, good exercise in summer. Mccormick place for conventions it is only 5 minutes drive to mccormick for conventions or conference.
